Out of Sight, Out of Mind

I just got home, and driving up our street, I caught myself with a big smile on my face. All the remnants of the flooded basement were gone from the curb! Blackhawk County, bless their hearts, came free of charge and took away all our flood-damaged goods. We just had to separate it on the curb. It looks so nice to see the wet carpet, drywall, and various other sundries GONE!!!
